The last few years have been highly unexpected in beautiful ways. In 2023, I hosted a national Candid Conversations for Men Tour, became a consultant, speaker, and trainer for a top three Fortune 500 company, served as a keynote speaker and trainer over 25 times, hosted over five coaching experiences, three retreats including Rest: A Retreat for Black Women, and much more! All while tending to my rest, going on five cruises, and visiting my nephews. --My self-care is nonnegotiable. In 2024, I went on a 6-month sabbatical and traveled the world, visiting 20 countries. Yall, that was not on my bingo card in 2023. And I am so glad I was open! I also hosted two retreats, led trainings for top international companies, continued to consult for top companies, visited my nephews, and hosted The Extravaganza- a 3-day experience celebrating my 10-year business anniversary.
