I recognize that most speaker systems and frameworks were not created Black women, people of color, those who want to share at a heart level, those who want to share about their experience with trauma and more in mind -and with that, their essence and flavor are hidden and dismissed, hence not showing up as their complete selves, which means their message is not making the impact it should. I recognize that too many are code-switching and adopting the "Speaker Persona" when on stage. I also recognize that many of these speakers and not being paid what they deserve. It is time for this to end! As someone who has created a proven speaker system and coached thousands of speakers who have earned a combined total of over $30 million, I am so excited and honored to teach this speaker coaching sauce to others to allow them to support other powerful voices and help them get their coins and add another income stream to their portfolio as the coach!

In Person meet up and graduation on the beach
Will create or enhance one of your coaching programs, events, or your speaking
You will launch your coaching/program in months 6-8.

After successfully completing the program, participants will receive an official certificate and be licensed for 16 months to:

Offer 1:1 hourly coaching for up to 6 weeks!

Host group coaching! No more than ten people in your 6-10 week program

Once participants have met the initial 1:1 and group coaching requirements, participants graduate to VIP days (valued at $6500) - this includes a VIP with Day with Dr. G to set it up

Note that after the 16 months, you will be able to renew the license annually for a nominal fee.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
ELIGIBILITY
Have spoken in some capacity over the last 2+ years-- Keynote, workshop, panel, sermon, etc.
Have been paid as a speaker or trainer or leveraged opportunities to turn into income. Note- all engagements don't have to be paid
Provide at least 3 minutes of footage of a talk
Note: An Interview will take place for enrollment
