Get your mat and water!! Join us on Friday April 3 at 7:30pm for some cardio, toning, yoga and meditation. Dr. Guillory believes in the power of movement and pausing to breathe and mediate! So she was led to host this special evening just for you!
Our time will begin with some cardio and toning lead by fitness instructor and coach Tamara Taylor--20 minutes
Followed by Yoga taught by Yoga and Spinning instructor Danielle Anderson--20 minutes-- Dr. G's sister btw!
And the time will end with some medidation and breathing led by
Yoga and Meditation Instructor Sherri Doucette 15 minutes
